TV Producer

Before moving to my current home in Devon, I was a London-based children’s TV producer – working for Nickelodeon, Disney Channel & CBBC.

Writing, directing and producing during this varied career, I found myself surrounded by puppets, presenters and (far too much) gunge.

It was a wonderful, if crazy, time.

One undeniable highlight of my producing career was developing and producing the BAFTA winning Me:TV for Nickelodeon. This hit gameshow, where kids took part from home (utilising video-calling technology) was a thrill to work on. The BAFTA win and the subsequent franchising of our format around the world were certainly the icing on a very sweet cake. After launching the legendary Hacker T Dog in ‘The CBBC Office’, I returned to CBBC (through the production company Cineflix) to develop and write the International Emmy winning Pet School. I wrote 2 series of this innovative show, where children learned the skills necessary to be responsible pet owners.
